ABSOLUTELY, many times. Light skin, hair & eyes, and unbelievable sinus probs. After cancer treatment at 16, went on Spring Break to Florida 2 years later. I was not aware just how sensitive radiated skin is . . . I had blister the size of baseballs almost all over my chest. As for the racoon look . . . after 40 the circles just keep getting darker and the bags just keep getting “baggier” Lol : )
